  14. I.  Use of Event Writer Limited (Evaluation Edition) and Copyright

  16. This version of Event Writer Limited is distributed on a evaluation 
  17. basis commonly known as shareware. It is NOT public domain.

  19. You may use Event Writer Limited for a period of up to 30 days. After 
  20. that time, you are required to either purchase the registered version of Event Writer through registration (see ORDER.TXT) or else discontinue the use of Event Writer Limited.  Continued use after the 30 days is considered a violation of this License Agreement.

  22. You are allowed to make copies of Event Writer Limited and distribute it to your friends and co-workers, on electronic bulletin boards, over networks, and so on, as long as the product is not distributed for profit.

  24. If you distribute this software, you agree to distribute this installation executable which contains the associated files together as a group. You are not allowed to bundle this software with other products without prior written permission from Dorian Software Creations.

If you purchased an evaluation copy of Event Writer Limited, you own the media upon which the software is recorded or distributed and are entitled to use the software, but Andy Milford and Dorian Software Creations retains title and ownership of the intellectual property in the original software and all subsequent copies.  You are not allowed to make any modifications to, or to create derivative or adapted works from any of the files that are used in this software. This includes all the executable, help, installation, and readme files.

  86. bound by these terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the 
  87. complete and express statement of the agreement between you and Dorian 
  88. Software Creations which supersedes any proposal, prior or implied agreement.
